Open My clock and confirm your name before tapping Clock in or Clock out once. Wait for the saved confirmation. If a punch is missing or incorrect, send Sai the work date and the time you believe is correct. Support cannot change a punch or approve hours.

My clock shows your own saved time records and current totals. An open shift may show a live total; it is not approved payroll. If the hours look wrong, send Sai the date, expected times and a short explanation. Never share your PIN in a message.

Allow location for this website in your browser settings, enable the phone’s location service, and retry from the actual worksite. Check that your browser has precise location permission where offered. If it still fails, send Sai the displayed error. Do not enter a false location.

Use your assigned EIC employee ID on your own phone. A new phone may require foreman approval. If your sign-in has expired, sign in again. If access remains blocked, contact Sai with your name, employee ID and the error text. Do not send passwords or PINs.

Authorized foremen can use Production intake to upload readable photos of the full daily sheet. Include all pages, the work date and the foreman’s name. Keep the original image and review any translated or extracted result before treating it as confirmed production. Contact Sai if the upload reports an error.

Check your connection, then reopen the page. If a save or clock action is still pending, first check its saved status before trying again. Record the error text and the page name for Sai. Do not clear browser data while an unsaved draft remains.
